Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of BGP Glass ("the Service"). By creating an account or running a query you agree to them. This is a placeholder summary — replace with your counsel-reviewed terms before launch.

Acceptable use

The Service runs network diagnostics (ping, traceroute, mtr, iperf3) against targets you specify. You may only test hosts you own or are authorised to test. Using the Service to attack, overwhelm, or scan systems without authorisation is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension.

Plans and billing

Free accounts are subject to per-plan usage limits. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal.

Availability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We may add, remove, or change locations and features. Enterprise agreements may include a separate SLA.
